Marche, Swiss Restaurant at Jakarta
Have you tried dining at Marche, The Curve? Wait till you see what they have at Marche, Jakarta! I was fortunate enough to pay Marche a visit while I was in Jakarta.
For the uninitiated, Marche, the French word for market, is an open display cooking concept restaurant all the way from Switzerland. Imagine yourself on a farm, complete with the rural feel of vegetables and fresh fruits in the middle ready to serve you. Like a real market, everyday products here are green and fresh. Naturally, you have different sensation enjoying your food, no?
Located at Plaza Senayan, Jakarta, Marche provides customers with the atmosphere of a Swiss village, complete with cable car used in the mountainous area of Bern, Switzerland, and miniature waterfall basin of the Alps. In line with the tradition of Marche, guests can choose a variety of popular European dishes prepared directly in front of them.
As for the menu, Marche does not provide any food containing pork. You can choose from a variety of fresh salads, choice of meats that are baked with firewood, slowly grilled meat, fresh seafood, pasta, pizza, desserts and many more.
Not able to check out the restaurant yourself? Not to worry, I have more photos here for you to enjoy.
