How to get non expiry promo at Nike Store

Saturday, July 31st, 2010

Don’t you think it’s great to be greeted with discount promotion whenever you walk into a Nike store? Well, I’ve found a way to get 20% off on a single Nike item whenever I want without VIP card, coupon or voucher. Read on to find out more.

To receive the discount, you need to take advantage of Nike Return Rewards policy. Nike has a return policy for item you bought within 30 days as long as the item is still new with receipt.

I stumbled upon this method when I tried to return a Nike shoe that I do not like. From my experience, I managed to receive the 20% discount at Niketown in New York and Nike Factory Outlet. Items bought from a Nike Factory Outlet cannot be returned at a Nike Store and vice versa.

The Niketown in New York City is a really big Nike Store with 5 stories of Nike products. So I would think this is the place to stop by for the latest arrival if you are in Manhattan. Nike Factory Outlet offers better deal but they are mostly old stocks.

Be it a Nike Store or Nike Factory Outlet, follow my method to get the 20% discount whenever you want. So what you need to do is to shop for your favourite Nike product at a Nike Store but purchase an item that you don’t need. Then, go to the counter to return the Nike product you don’t need. You will be given a full refund in cash and a voucher of 20% discount on the next Nike product.

The voucher is only valid within 2 hours for only one item. That is why it is important that you know what you want to buy in advance so that you don’t need to rush within the given time frame.

So the next time you walk into a Nike Store, you know what to do. At the same time, bring along an old pair of athletic shoes to be recycled into materials for sports and playground surface.

Profit from investing in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Friday, November 13th, 2009

Some time in October last year, I decided to invest in Australian Dollar (AUD) as the currency was really weak against other major currencies due to the global financial crisis. I managed to accumulate AUD at the average rate of 2.50.

Yesterday, I sold the remaining AUD that I have to the money changer at the rate of 3.15, with a cool profit of 26%! If only I didn’t go on a backpacking trip to Western Australia, I would be even richer now. However, I do not regret travelling to Perth and its surroundings. I fully enjoyed myself during my one week stay there.

Western Australia is often labelled the last frontier, and with its immerse dimensions, mearge population and Perth’s distinction as the world’s most isolated capital city. It is certainly a spectacular finale to what the planet has to offer.

Perth and it’s nearby port city of Fremantle offer a taste of cosmopolitan lifestyles and a wide variety of tourism experiences. I believe that Perth is one of the friendliest cities in the world. The natural beauty of Kings Park is simply breathtaking.

In Fremantle, I got the chance to experience alfresco cafes and waterfront restaurants, the heritage buildings, the old Fremantle Prison and the world class Maritime Museum located on a busy working port.

Dining out in Perth and Fremantle offers a wide range of cuisine to suit all tastes. It is relatively inexpensive to dine on the locally produced seafood. The fresh seafood is particularly impressive.

With brilliant sunshine, vivid lanscapes, unique fauna and flora and remote rugged coastlines, Western Australia is a delight for those who want to explore it at a leisurely pace. Jump in and see what Western Australia has to offer through my lens. Enjoy the photos.
